1. Information we collect

We have deliberately built Lucky Light Zone to minimise data collection:

• No account data. There is no registration, so we do not collect your name, email, or phone number to play.
• Local browser storage. We store your age-gate confirmation, cookie choice, and a virtual-coin balance in your browser's localStorage. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to identify you and are retained only for a short period.
• Contact messages. If you use the Contact page, your message opens in your own email application and is sent directly to us by email — it is not posted to or stored by this website.

2. How we use information

We use the limited information above only to operate and secure the Service, remember your in-browser preferences, and respond to messages you choose to email us. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share personal information.

3. Cookies & local storage

4. Third-party processors

Our website is served by a standard web-hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf. Game demos are embedded from third-party game studios; when you load a game, your browser connects directly to that studio's servers, and their own privacy practices apply to that connection. We do not share any personal information with them, because we do not hold any.

5. Your privacy rights (CCPA + U.S. state privacy laws)

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended) give you rights including:

• the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you;
• the right to delete personal information we hold about you;
• the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information; and
• the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Because we do not collect personal information through the Service, in most cases we will have no personal information to provide or delete. You may still contact us using the details below to make a request, and we will respond as required by law.

6. Data retention

In-browser preferences remain until you clear your browser storage. Server logs are kept only for a short operational period and then discarded. Emails you send us are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

7. Children's privacy

Lucky Light Zone is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. The Service is not directed to children. Consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
